Provide guidance and direction on processes and procedures. Research and resolve non-routine issues. Process Documentation and Improvements Document processes and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with others to make process changes and improvements. Customer Service Respond to questions from management, Human Resources and employees on plans, policies and processes. Research and resolve complex questions. Bring the following skills to our team: Working knowledge of employment laws related to area of discipline. Working skills in systems and programs used in functional area, including data retrieval. Working knowledge of PGE’s policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements and benefit plans (OJT).
