As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you will work with the field sales teams, trade marketing and brand marketing to drive customer penetration in the development and execution of shopper marketing programs that support the Reynolds Consumer Products brands and customer sales objectives. You will have the opportunity to:
- Responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing plans that drive demand, build brand equity, and increase merchandising by leveraging account-level promotional tactics.
- Partner with consumer and trade analytics to establish learning plans and conduct ROI analysis, providing recommendation for optimization.
- Collaborate with customer teams to identify and prioritize highest impact opportunities.
- Work closely with consumer insights and category management to gain an understanding of brand and shopper insights to maximize impact of marketing programs.
Ultimately, you will provide leadership in driving for efficiency improvement of all shopper marketing investments through program recaps and analysis.
