We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to be located in Houston or Dallas, TX.
As a Regional Sales Manager for Southwest U.S. and Mexico, you will be responsible for managing the sales of Fresh-lock® zipper and slider closures to assigned customers and for building and managing a customer base. You will have the opportunity to:
- Work with various support teams to resolve customer problems
- Attain the annual forecasted sales volume and EBITDA
- Find and close new target accounts to increase our market share in Mexico
- Identify growth opportunities and monitor competitive activity

We need you to have:
- BA/BS degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a sales position
- Bilingual- English and Spanish
- Ability to travel frequently, specifically to Mexico and across the Southwestern U.S.
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
