Newly created position for a rapidly growing Oakland County Manufacturer. We are seeking a HR Generalist to manage Third Party 401K administration and HR payroll portion on ADP. - Human Resources portion of Bi-weekly Payroll for both hourly(non union) and salary employees - on ADP
- Time and attendance verification
- Employee Relations
- Third Party 401K Management for 500+ employees
- Administrative functions utilizing MS Office
- Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Human Resources Manager
- 1-3 years ADP Payroll required
- 1-3 years minimum of experience, in Human Resources; in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources or Accounting preferred
- Third party 401K knowledge
- MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
